This Día de Muertos, join us at St. Dulce as we honor those who came before us and celebrate the beauty of our living traditions. Explore community altars, an art exhibition, local vendors, performances, live screen printing, and conversations about the power of our voices and votes.

Workshop includes sewing machine (to use during), tools, thread, and instruction. This workshop has 3 different start times/sessions: 11am-1pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, and is $55 per adult, $45 per kid (age 7-17).

Join LGBTQ2+ Student Support for a special guided tour of To See the Beauty of My People: A Tribute to Sylvia Rivera’s Dream, co-curated by Dr. Gloria Negrete-Lopez (WGSS and LGBTQ2+ Studies) and Coordinator Félix Vargas (LGBTQ2+ Student Support).

Following the restaged exhibition's October 1st opening at St. Dulce, we welcome the Fresno State and broader Central Valley community for a guided walkthrough with the co-curators, shared reflection, and a micro-lecture by Dr. Negrete-Lopez on the exhibition's curatorial vision.

Together, we celebrate the histories we carry, the stories we tell, and the communities that keep them alive.

Monthly silent book cub hosted by our friends at Judging By the Cover Books! Grab a book, grab a drink, bring a friend and enjoy an hour of intentional reading time. This event happens every second Tuesday of the month! Free, all ages and open to the public!

This month’s gathering will also feature a book swap! Bring an extra book to swap for a different one if you’d like!

Join host Julio C. Gonzalez Jr., for a great night of comedy! Featuring an opening act by Fresno’s very own Vince Accardo, featured comedian Jessica Tovar from the Central Coast, and headlining the night will be New York comedian Rebecca Kaplan!

Grab a seat and settle in with us for a cozy night of film and real conversation. We’re screening Dosed, a raw documentary about a woman facing addiction and depression who turns to plant medicine when nothing else has worked.

After the film, we’ll open a discussion and integration circle. A grounded space to reflect, share what came up, and learn from each other.

The evening begins at Casita Feliz with Nuestra Raices, a community photo exhibit highlighting Latine trans and queer history in the Central Valley. Following the exhibit, we’ll walk together through Van Ness Village from Casita Feliz to St. Dulce, connecting the histories and places represented in the work.

Catch Reno pop rock artist Ribcage and Reno emo punk band Tiny Paper Hearts at St. Dulce! They’ll each be playing live, as well as, opening the floor to anyone wanting to share their music that night. This event is all ages. Admission fee is $5.

Join the Fresno Candidates from Districts 1, 3, and 7 for a community forum where attendees can hear more about each candidate and their views on important issues for the upcoming elections. This event will also be live streamed by Porque Quiero Academy, for those who cannot physically come to the space. Doors will open at 4:30pm, forum will begin at 5:30pm followed by a social hour at 7:30pm over at Summer Fox. Voter registration will also be available on-site. This event is hosted by Dulce Upfront in collaboration with Together Across America. All ages, free, and open to the public.

Judging by the Cover Books presents: Read A Book Day! Fresno’s local Silent Book Clubs are joining forces to celebrate Read a Book Day. Book clubs from all across the Central Valley and anyone interested, are invited to come share space and read. This event is free and open to the public.
